We want you to be satisfied with your purchases!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item at larry@ancientpathsweb.com. We will replace the item if it is defective. If you prefer, you may return the item for a full refund. We stand by our products and guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied!
Shipping Policy
Upon receiving your payment, we will ship your items to you within 2-3 business days.
Some of the items in our store will be sent to you directly from the publisher. These items will come to you via UPS. Other items will be shipped directly from our warehouse. These items will come via US Priority Mail, with insurance added. Depending upon the items you order, it's possible to have your items come in several shipments. We will notify you when this happens, but will still give you the benefit of combined shipping rates. Shipping the first item is always the most expensive, so it benefits you to combine shipping costs by purchasing multiple items in one order.
If an item is on backorder at the time of your purchase, that item will be sent as soon as it becomes available, at no extra cost to you.
Here is the table of shipping costs.
Flat charge for shipping and handling (per order): $5.00
Shipping and Handling charge based upon cost of items ordered: 10%
For example, a $10 item will be charged $6.00 (($10 * .10 = $1.00) + $5.00)
$20 worth of product will have a shipping and handling charge of $7.00
$50 ... S & H = $10
$100 ... S & H = $15
$500 ... S & H = $55
... and so on ...
Of course, downloadable products do not have a shipping charge. We have a separate shopping cart set up for these products. You will need to make two separate payments if you purchase physical products and downloadable products. That way, you won't get charged for shipping on items that we send via e-mail.
