Did the United States Constitution replace or build upon the principles of the Declaration of Independence?
What is The Magna Carta, and what was its influence on the Declaration?
What did George Washington think of the Declaration?
I’ve never even read the Declaration! What was the point, anyway?

These questions, and many more, are answered in our new e-book, “Why is the Declaration of Independence Important Today?”

There is no doubt that our nation has lost it’s focus. The greatest nation the world has ever known finds itself in economic, social, and political turmoil today. How did we get to this point? How do we get back on track? The answers are simple: We need to get back to our dependence on God and begin again to implement the common sense of the Founding Fathers. And there’s no better way to do that than to study the most foundational of all American documents: The Declaration of Independence.

In this 27 page e-book, Larry Pruett looks at the Declaration and gives five reasons why the Declaration is indeed still important today. Let this e-book be the beginning of your search into this great document, or use it to further your understanding. Included is a readable copy of the Declaration itself, along with a list of the 56 men who signed the document, pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.

Take a look at this e-book today. Place your order and you will receive an instant download of this 27 page e-book in .pdf format. And remember, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

This drama is a monologue by Francis Scott Key, the author of the Star Spangled Banner. Unfortunately, most Americans only know the first verse of our national anthem, if that. And, even if they know the words, it’s unlikely that they understand the story behind the anthem. This simple presentation would take a few minutes to perform and should be followed by singing the entire Star Spangled Banner. The audience will sing the American National Anthem with more understanding and feeling than ever before after being addressed and educated by this Amateur Poet.

What would happen if there was a trial to see if Jesus should be deported from America? What case would the attorneys make on each side? This is the debate that takes place in the drama, Courtroom Debate. This interesting and educational sketch will help the jury (the audience) weigh the facts that clearly show that America has been a Christian Nation. The issue to decide now is: will we as a nation continue down this road, or will we deport Jesus and go our own way?

Deuteronomy 32:7 says, “Remember the days of old; consider the generations long past. Ask your father and he will tell you.” This drama presentation demonstrates the importance of passing on a Godly heritage to the next generation. Three generations are involved in this sketch. As the grandpa struggles to remember the story he is telling to his grandson, his son comes in and graciously picks up where he left off. Also highlighted in this drama is the wonderful story of God’s provision to the Pilgrims, so it would make a perfect Thanksgiving drama. The audience will be challenged to tell the next generation of the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord.

I demand my rights! How many times do we hear this statement in our society today? Yes, we have certain rights given to us by God, but how often to we remember our pledges? This dramatic reading involved four performers. The audience will see the amazing sacrifices that our founding fathers made to secure these Godgiven rights for all Americans. Then, the drama reminds the audience of the incredible sacrifices (pledges) that Jesus made for us that give us access to the rights of the Kingdom. Challenging, educational, and thought-provoking.

We live in tough times. The way that Believers react to these tough times can either be a witness for our God, or show the world that we are no different from them. This presentation has two actors (or readers) and a narrator. By giving their top ten and bottom ten ways to react in difficult times, the actors make the point that we are to trust in God and not our own means.

That is the question! Only about 25% of all Christians vote in America. How would our country be different today if all Christians exercised this God-given right? This drama involves just two readers – one who gives some of the common excuses we hear today and the other to quote Founding Fathers and other famous Americans. You’ll find that the quotes will answer the excuses quite well. This simple reading may very well convince some Christians to stop making excuses and to start fulfilling their responsibility to God and country.
